What is AiBillClub?
AiBillClub is the billing and customer-support service of Medical Web LLC. We handle payment processing and billing support for several online subscription services. When you join one of those services, your card statement shows AIBILLCLUB.COM — our name — rather than the service's own name.
Why doesn't my statement show the name of the website?
For your privacy. Anyone who sees your card statement sees only a neutral billing name. You were told at checkout, in the service's billing policies, and in every receipt email that charges would appear as AIBILLCLUB.COM.
Why was I billed?
The most common reasons: a subscription renewed on its regular date, a free trial you started converted to a paid plan, or a one-time purchase you made on a service we bill for. You should have a receipt email for every charge. No receipt, or still not sure? Use the charge lookup and we'll identify it for you.

Contact us right away at admin@aibillclub.com or 1-888-838-1902. We investigate every unauthorized-charge report, secure the account involved, and refund verified unauthorized transactions.
How do I cancel so I'm not billed again?
Cancel in one step from your account on the service you joined — no phone call and no reason required — or ask us to cancel for you. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep whatever time you've already paid for.
Is this site legitimate?
Yes. AiBillClub is operated by Medical Web LLC, 5400 South Lakeshore Drive, Tempe, AZ 85283, United States. The phone number on your statement, 1-888-838-1902, rings our support team. We will never ask you for your full card number, your password, or identity documents by email.
