Log in to the service you joined and use the cancel option in your account settings. Every service we bill for offers one-step cancellation — no phone call, no reason required. Every receipt email we send also contains a direct cancellation link.
Have us cancel it
Can't log in, don't remember the service, or just prefer we handle it? Send us a message with the email on the account, or call 1-888-838-1902, and we'll cancel it for you and confirm by email.
Cancelling doesn't automatically refund past charges — but if a charge shouldn't have happened, tell us and we'll review it.
